I love living in Los Angeles and I love traveling so I can get away from los Angeles even more. Being literally from LA and regularly hanging around Angelenos also from LA can sometimes make you forget haw fun it is to be young in this city where people from all over the world travel to trash and act crazy all on a mission to be a big famous ________________ (fill in the blank). The one thing LA is lacking in it’s enviroment is the big money fancy fashion industry New York Fashion Week harbors,but I have a vision we will come up with our own equivalent one day. it seems as if this city is always getting dissed as not being couture enough to hold it’s ground in the fashion world. I understand the fact we don’t particularly have the best since of community in our city as it is filled with an overflow of “haters”, but I believe love and the arts always prevail as they breed knowledge and success. So with that being said I am going to continue to Shop LA and try to support and help our fashion scene evolve...









...I hope we can get some help as it’s not an easy task. But it is summer and that’s when we shine the brightest. Perhaps our solution is to have our fashion week during the Summer and Fall. now I am babbling. The point of this post was to show you some pics from our shopping trips to discover shops to be featured in iZ Mag.

Haha my life is pretty hectic. So much work to do and evolving so quickly I learned the only way to get everything done is to build a team. That turned out to be a lot harder and and effortless at the same time. I know that seems confusing written, but can you imagine living that type of confusion and chaos. Well along the way to building a half way decent team of people to get a message across I have encountered a many of cool characters to keep me occupied until I will finally have the perfect running fashion team of artists and business minded young people. Although this sounds like an extremely impossible undertaking I am going to continue to try to touch as many people as I can with my dream of the perfect collective and perhaps if it does not come in my lifetime (which I know it will… and soon) it is my hope to pass on the good business etiquette I have learned from some of the old people I know.



Even though she is no longer just some hot intern all the guys want to feel up she’s still loved greatly by izbya.com as we are hoping she can fill the position as Junior Editor at iZ Magazine (which I know she’ll do great at) I introduce Lexy Munoz the great and sexy  and her stylish online store Bella Vita Boutique. okay i admit it. i chickened out. iz magazine should have been a functioning force by now. i just love when things are perfect. it's really starting to affect my life in an uncomfortable mad scientist sort of way. i am starting to loose a little piece of myself. i can tell by my way of lack of caring what i wear all day. i know it's sunny in the middle of winter here in la 50% of the time but of course other places and their weird weather moods get picked up on the west coast. i also got overwhelmed with the amount of lazy people who wanted to jump on my project expecting to get paid. ummmm what? i love California none the less. to be fair i have no idea where any of these people were really from. then there was like the shady person who walked in and kept trying to look at my notes and was all extra helpful and shady. all in the first 15 min of the interview. i allowed it to go for that long because i suspected this person might grab all my notes and run out the door to take them to a lair somewhere to steal all of my ideas. that did not happen.i have a ton of amazing vintage pieces to shoot and post to sell. i love them all. i want them all for myself forever. this will not happen. new items will be up by the end of february, slowly. i cant wait until spring. people dont look at you like you are crazy when you wear ruffles in the spring. this spring i might consider not wearing my dresses so short all the time. so i will do it now to get it out of my system. my excuse for wearing short hemlines lately: bold tights.in honor of love I have decided to draw hearts on everything all over. i will continue this until... im going to start with a dress and work my way up to my crushes face...

Awwww the holidays. I am very happy they are over. Although it was great to spend time with my family and family friends and have an excuse to wear tons of sequins. 2010 seems to be turning out to be a year of progression. The year started out with lessons of common sense and a message from the divine that you should never rely on anyone else to entertain you or do your bidding for you, because I believe you create your own destiny. I was actually in the beautiful city of Santa Barbara, CA and although my plans for NYE turned out to be a different type of anti-climactic as I had planned my New Year’s Day ended up being full of natural beauty and came with a ton f gratitude for 2010 the years before and the the years to come. I did not take any pics on the night before the New Year as I didn’t feel compelled to draw my handy dandy camera, but from the time I woke up to the sound of the sexy deep breathing noises of the ocean I wanted to capture all of my visuals. Santa Barbara is such a magnificent city with mountains and the ocean and the chill magical vibes and California is such a beautiful state I just felt like my year was going to be one of extreme accomplishments, prosperity, good times and tons of sexy fashion. My outfit on New Years was the same as the night before and it fit so well with the scenery and made great morning after pics. I think I am going to make an effort to wear more dresses this year and I think I want to research more men’s fashion. Those are not resolutions as resolutions are goals that are genrally set too high and to be broken. I believe more in changing my life for the New Year, why bullshit? I am very excited about launching the digital zine for iZ Magazine and to also be able to finally sell the vintage of iZ…by A. The Zine is the home of an artist collective of 2 1artists that attracts artists of all different inspiration. How I love the settling feelings of change and new beginnings. Does that make me backwards? Happy new Year and…

Yes It has been awhile and this post is not going to be about fashion, but about the typical filler post that bloggers sometimes have to take part in because we just don't have time to fill your exisistence with as much substance as we would like to...

well still no j but it will come.Anyways where do I begin? First I will start by saying having a magazine ain't no joke. None, not even a snicker is in order.It is a lot of the most fun work I have ever done and I am getting so much positive feed back it's making me want everything to already be perfect and done...

...and then i think to myself the journey is so much fun, I am definitely happy where I am here and now.So the fruits of my labor will be birthed (haha what an image birthing a digital magazine, that would make for a great art project)January 2010 it's going to be revolutionary...
